Though there have been a few indoor events as well as some early cruise-ins, the official start of our car show season takes place at the end of the month. The 41st Annual Sharonville Classic Car Show sponsored by the Sharonville Chamber of Commerce will be held on Sunday, April 29th. (Photo 1)

Always held the last weekend in April, this show usually brings out well over 300 of the area’s top collector cars. There are 16 different classes of cars ranging from the pre-1960s (Photo 2) to cars made after 1990. There are classes for Corvettes (Photo 3), Mustangs (Photo 4), MoPar (Photo 5), foreign cars (Photo 6) and even hot rods (Photo 7) and trucks (Photo 8).

The Sharonville show is also when the Show and Shine Calendar goes on sale to the public. The calendar is filled with just about every event geared for the old car hobby from May, 2018 until April, 2019. Most of the listings are centered around the Tri-State, but it also covers events throughout Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Tennessee. It can be pre-ordered from the web site. This is a must-have for anyone involved in the hobby.

So make your plans to head up to the famous Sharonville Loop at the end of April and join the start of the car show season.
