The past year or so has seen the return of the gentleman. The word has different meaning to different people. What does it mean to be a real “gentleman?”
That’s what this month’s issue of Cincinnati Profile is all about. You’ll meet a variety of men from Greater Cincinnati who embody different traits of the true, modern gentleman. Their stories are inspiring. Each is successful in his own way. They are men of style and substance – but are each affable, approachable and real.
This isn’t so much a “who’s who” among professional men in Greater Cincinnati; it’s who we ought to be. Who we strive to be.
A true gentleman is aware of the latest trends – but creates his own style. He is socially conscious and aware. He is confident, yet chivalrous. Advantageous but generous. A gentleman willingly shares his expertise while realizing there is always much to learn. It’s not about flash. It’s not about money. It’s not sitting on some board, waiting for accolades. It’s taking pride in yourself and what you do. It’s making a difference. It’s being the man you were meant to be and exceeding your own expectations.
I hope you’ll be inspired by the men we’ve chosen to profile in this month’s issue – inspired to do more, be more and do it all with a sense of style. Thanks for stopping by as we celebrate the renaissance of the true Cincinnati gentleman.
