Light, crisp with hints of grapefruit, lime and cranberry, the ingredients of the Helsinki Jewel are a closely held secret by staff at Teller’s. The only thing they’ll tell you is that its base is Finlandia vodka – hence the name. Served ice-cold up in a martini glass, the drink was developed by an in-house mixologist and has been a menu staple ever since.
