Bill Cunningham repeatedly talks about the rich paying all the taxes that the working poor don't pay any taxes. I would like to ask him, if I can buy premium groceries in Costa Rica, the best meats and canned goods for $13.00 a week which would cost here at least $200.00 a week who is paying the taxes?
